ABA Winter Nationals Phoenix, AZ March 25-26
Double A Marketing Riders Dominate the Pro Classes!

Round 6 of the ABA BMX National Series rolled into Phoenix, AZ. The taped for TV event this past weekend is one of the best BMX tracks there is around today! Black Mountain! This track is one of the fastest, smoothest and most technical tracks on the national circuit, and the pros all look forward to this race each year. With bright sunny skies, the weekend was set to be great, but the race action witnessed by weekends end was unbelievable. The fastest riders at this race were the Double A Marketing riders, and they have dominated the BMX circuit all season long! Here is how the Double A Marketing Pros in attendance finished up:

Greg Romero has got back in his grove and into the winner circle once again. Last week's double wins at the NBL Prunedale race was the start of a streak of wins that Greg continued in Phoenix. Romero ruled the pro class in the mains on Saturday taking the AA win! Greg's sponsors include GT, Panasonic Shock Wave, WD-40, Tal 5, Shimano, AXO, Vans, Chevy Trucks, Troy Lee Designs, IRC, Revenge/Cytomax, ATI, Smith, Head lock, Calabasis Cyclery, Core Fitness, Center Of Balance.

Wade Bootes was by far one of the fastest pros in Phoenix, and he let everyone know that by winning AA pro on Sunday. This makes 5 out of 6 ABA race wins for Bootes this season! Wade was also in the Pro Open main on Sunday, where he bumped the first jump and settled for 8th place overall. Is Bootes unstoppable? Wade's sponsors include Trek/Volkswagen, Oneal, THE, ATI, Oakley, Answer, Vans, KMC, Profile, Wellgo, Bontrager, Crupi, Kovachi, Powerbar, Marwi, Head Lock, and Maxxis.

Christophe Leveque was another rider that everyone picked to win in Phoenix, and they were right. Leveque won Pro Open on Sunday as well as 2nd in AA Pro. Leveque is looking great in the early season, and is looking for a 3rd ABA #1 Pro title! Matt Hadan had a breakthrough day on Saturday, as he was the winner of Pro Open. The Diesel has been very consistent so far this year, and with the 4th he scored in AA on Saturday, he is off to one of his best BMX racing seasons ever! Matt's sponsors are Torker, Troy Lee Designs, Airwalk, Crupi, Power Bar, Headlock, ODI, Tri-Flow, Tioga, Rush, Tangent, Alex rims, and revenge/Champion Nutrition.

Jamie Staff has a few wins this year already and was looking to add another in Phoenix. Warwick's Sponsors include Diamondback, ATI, Thor, Vans, Answer, Powerbar, Revenge/Champion Nutrition, Smith, and headlock.

Thomas Allier had a bad crash on Saturday that would have kept most people off there feet on Sunday, but as unbelievable at it may seem he not only raced on Sunday but made the AA Pro main.
