NINE TIME WORLD CHAMPION MAT HOFFMAN TEAMS UP WITH ACTIVISION TO CREATE MAT HOFFMAN’S PRO BMX FOR THE PLAYSTATIONŇ GAME CONSOLE

Santa Monica, CA - February 1, 2000 -Vert ramp biking legend and nine time world champion, Mat “Condor” Hoffman, has teamed up with Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) to create the ultimate BMX biking experience, Mat Hoffman’s Pro BMX, for the PlayStationŇ game console. Hoffman, the undisputed king of the sport, will consult and star in the game that Activision expects to release this fall.

TOP BMX RIDERS FROM THE 1999 X-GAMES AND GRAVITY GAMES SET TO STAR IN ACTIVISION’S MAT HOFFMAN’S PRO BMX

Santa Monica, CA. -- April 28, 2000 -- Seven top pro riders have signed on to star in Activision, Inc.’s (Nasdaq: ATVI) upcoming Mat Hoffman’s Pro BMX for the PlayStation® and Sega Dreamcast™ game consoles, releasing this fall.

Joining Mat “Condor” Hoffman, the nine-time world BMX vert champion, are seven world-renowned vert, street and dirt BMX riders. Six of these talented athletes competed in one or both of the most prestigious extreme sports competitions in the world -- the 1999 X-Games and the 1999 Gravity Games.

Mat Hoffman’s Pro BMX challenges players to perform hundreds of tricks and signature moves in a variety of realistic, obstacle-filled street, vert ramp, and dirt freestyle courses. Using an intuitive and solid control scheme, the game features 2-player H-O-R-S-E, split-screen Demolition Derby and Graffiti for all three types of courses. Gamers can also play in the career mode, moving up the ranks to win the ultimate BMX crown by unlocking new courses and upgrading their bike and rider abilities.
