Nirve Sports forms ActionDealer

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA, June 21, 2001 - Nirve Sports, Ltd today announced the formation of ActionDealer, a new bicycle parts and accessories distribution company servicing the specialty retailer. In addition to acting as the exclusive US distributor for Nirve's proprietary branded product lines (Nirve, Voxom, and Deviate Industries), ActionDealer offers additional brands. Hollywood Racks and ACS are two brands that are already in stock.

ActionDealer provides a new level of service and efficiency. In addition to experienced sales and customer service people, ActionDealer provides member retailers with the convenience of online product ordering, shipment tracking, credit, account activity, and more. Member brands receive real time data on key business information such as inventory levels and sell through.
