June 23-24 King of Dirt - Venice Beach, CA
NBL West Coast Nationals - Prunedale, CA
ABA Mid West Nationals - Rockford, IL

Round 1 of the King of Dirt series was held in Venice Beach this past weekend, massive amounts of people were at the beach to check out the Dirt jumping carnage. Nirve's Stephen Murray came away from Venice with a 5th in the finals, Steve nearly pulled a double backflip in his last run, then picked himself up and went back to the top of the hill and PULLED IT! Everybody went nuts! In the high air contest, it came down to Stephen and Ronnie Chalk battling for the win, Stephen had to settle for 2nd.

Nirve's Cristian Becerine was in Prunedale, CA for the NBL West Coast Nationals. With only three NBL weekends left, all the pro's were scrambling for important year end points. Saturday, Cristian had a good day, with a 2nd in Pro Open and a 7th in AA Pro. Sunday, Cristian battled to a 6th in AA Pro.

The ABA stop this past weekend was in Rockford, IL for the Mid West Nationals. Rockford's famous long first straight let the racers show off their power. Nirve's Kyle Bennett had a great consistent weekend with a good jump in ABA points. Saturday, Kyle took two podium finishes with a pair of 3rd's in Pro Open and AA Pro. Sunday, Kyle took a 4th in both Pro Open and AA Pro.
