Double A Marketing BMX Press Release
ABA Fall Nationals
Del Mar, CA October 20-21

The last ABA national of the year before the Grands, the Falls, has traditionally been one of the best races of the entire ABA season. As it is for one, the last chance to gain points towards the year end title, its up to a few key players to grab them, and go into the Grands in a better position. Being it is one of the biggest races of the year, it makes that task even harder. This years race was no exception, as riders came in won their classes and moved up in the Pro points. In each case, AA Pro and Pro Cruiser, this was done by the Double A Marketing Riders. Here is how the Double A Marketing Pro's in attendance finished up.

Christophe Leveque has always made for some great racing history, but he did it once again at the Falls. Christophe was the man to beat all weekend long, and not many people did it. He had the track wired, and it showed as he won AA Pro both days. With these 2 huge wins, it catapulted Christophe into the AA pro points lead going into the ABA Grands. Looks like Leveque wants to add another title to his World Championship title for this season. Christophe's sponsors include Specialized, Mountain Dew, Sinister/Marzocchi Steering Systems, Vans, Sun Rims, ATI Grips, Plates, and Pads, Fox Racing, Smith Eyewear, Marwi Spokes, BMXpros.com, Revenge Sport, Champion Nutrition, Head Lock, Troy Lee Designs, and Specialized Leveque Tires.

Randy Stumpfhauser had an awesome weekend at the falls as well, with 2 huge wins of his own, this time in Pro Cruiser. These 2 wins moved him up to #2 in the Pro Cruiser points chase and give him an excellent shot at bringing home the ABA #1 Pro Cruiser title to go along with his NBL #1 plate. Stumpy didn't stop there, as he finished 2nd overall in AA on Sunday. Randy's sponsors include Huffy, Smith, Vans, AC Components, IRC, Revenge/Champion Nutrition, Headlock, Fox, Marwi, CTI 2, Powerbar, and BMXpros.com.

Warwick Stevenson had another strong weekend in Del Mar, as he was in 3 out of the 4 main events he entered. On Saturday, Warwick took in a huge win in Pro Open, as well as a strong 2nd place finish in AA. On Sunday, Warwick had a few crashes hold him back to 6th overall in AA. Warwick will battle it out with Leveque at the ABA Grands for a shot at his first American National title. Warwick's sponsors include Diamondback, Thor, Promax Brakes, FSA Headsets, Answer, AC Components, Smith, Ballistic, Dope, Vans, Revenge/ChampionNutrition, Ballistic, Powerbar, Thor, Head Lock, and BMXpros.com.

Jamie Staff is no stranger to the winners circle either, and he visited it once again this past weekend with a win in Pro Open on Sunday night. Jamie was also in the AA pro mains both nights with a 5th place finish on Saturday and a 3rd on Sunday. Staff was also one of the only pros to boom the pro section on a regular basis with lots of style, always a real crow favorite. Must be from hanging with his Haro teammate, Dave Mirra all the time. Jaime's Sponsors include Haro, Lee Pipes, Adidas, No Fear, O'Neal, Smith, Revenge/Champion Nutrition, ODI, Answer, Shimano, Kicker, Bob's Stores, Powerbar, BMXpros.com, and Headlock.

Jason Donnell kept his fast paced momentum rolling with another great finish this past weekend. With 39 other riders battling it out for the top 8 spots to be in the mains, Jason once again proved his skills as he made the AA pro main on Saturday night. Placing 8th may not seem so spectacular, but just to be in this main event was reason enough for celebration. Jason Sponsors include Answer, Pro Concept, AC components, Sun Rims, Smith Eye Wear, Epic, ACS claws, Tioga Tires, SDG, Adidas Shoes, Marwi Spokes, Revenge/Champion Nutrition, Head Lock, JasonDonnell.com, and BMXpros.com.

Grant White was flying all weekend long, and his 2 appearances in the Pro Cruiser mains proved just that. On Saturday Grant placed 4th, and on Sunday it was a 5th. The amazing thing was, that on Sunday, a bad crash sent Grant to the hospital with a swollen shin, but he was back in time to make the Cruiser main event. Grant's Sponsors include Free Agent, O'Neal, Bombshell, Smith Eye Wear, THE, Tioga, ODI, BMXtrainer.com, Powerbar, Revenge, Champion Nutrition, BMXpros.com, Marwi, Headlock, Sun Ringle, and SDG,

Matt Hadan was another rider to speed his way into the Pro Cruiser mains both days. On Saturday, Matt finished 7th and Sundays result was a 6th. Look for some great things from Matt in the near future. Matt's sponsors include Redline, Troy Lee Designs, Tangent, Smith, Flick Trix, Tioga, Alex Rims, Nintendo Power, Head Lock, TSG, Kool Stop, BMXpros.com, Flight Cranks, Powerbar, Rush, and Revenge Sport/Champion Nutrition.
