The Internet's Official BMX Magazine.

Stiff. Light. Strong. Made to race. What more can you ask for? You can tell just by looking at the G2 that the frame's geometry is designed for speed. It's super stiff construction converts all your power directly to into acceleration, so you lose nothing at all in flexed metal. The steep head angle makes for quick turns and the short rear end makes manuals a breeze.

When I first hopped on the bike I could feel that it was fast. It took me a day or so to get used to the geometry since the top tube was 1/2" longer than I'm used to, coupled with the short rear end, well, my body had to adjust. Once it did, though, I felt like I was on the most comfortable ride in the world. Don't think that just because this is a race bike that it's not built tough for jumping . . . it's really easy to maneuver through the air and great for diving hard into turns. I'm told Marc Innella (A PRO for Dingo) takes his G2 to some of the hardest trails in the northeast, and it takes the beating with grace, so this is one of the few 6061's out there that has garnered respect by the 4130-for-lifers.
